Dylan MONAGHAN Dylan Monaghan is the MAH Business Development Manager based out of the Collins Aerospace Tokyo Office. He is responsible for developing business with new and existing clients to deliver avionics, flight deck solutions, sensors and fire protection for Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing Aircraft. He was assigned to the Tokyo office in April of 2018. Before joining Collins Aerospace, Monaghan spent 20 years in the US Air Force as a C-9A and C-130H Instructor Pilot, and retired with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Monaghan is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Microprocessor Design. His career includes microprocessor design, power engineering, USAF Pilot, Presentation Skills Trainer and Cultural Studies Instructor. Monaghan was the first USAF C-130H Exchange Pilot assigned to Komaki Air Base. He also spent several years at the US Embassy in Tokyo as the Air Force Programs Director in the Foreign Military Sales Division in the Mutual Defense Assistance Office (MDAO). Monaghan has two Masters Degrees: a Master of Business Administration from Touro University International, CA; and a Global Master of Arts from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, Medford MA. He is currently a director in the America-Japan Society of Tama-Tokyo, a member of the Japan America Air Force Goodwill Association in Tokyo, and a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association.
