With over a decade of global aerospace experience, Hasbi has held leadership roles across operations, procurement, and programme management. Hasbi brings a proven track record in driving performance across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People metrics He has driven major cost optimisation efforts, supported global manufacturing strategies, and led cross-functional teams across the UK, Europe, India, and Japan. His prior roles include Business Development Executive and Programme Executive to the Operations Director, supporting group-wide transformation and supplier risk mitigation initiatives.

With hands-on experience in both experimental and production engine testing—including programmes for the XWB, Pearl, Advance 3 and SAF trials—Hasbi brings deep technical understanding and a commitment to continuous improvement. Now based in Japan, Hasbi is focused on strengthening the aerospace supply base, fostering partner collaboration, and supporting the next generation of high-value manufacturing across the region to unlock long-term value for OEMs and Tier-1 partners in the evolving aerospace landscape.
