Prof. Ts. Shamsul Kamar is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the National Aerospace Industry Corporation Malaysia (NAICO Malaysia). NAICO Malaysia is an agency under the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI) established to spur the development of the aerospace industry ecosystem in Malaysia. He joined NAICO since April 2016 after serving Aerospace Malaysia Innovation Centre (AMIC) as the Chief Executive Officer from February 2014 till March 2016. Previously, he was the Head of Aerospace & Advanced Material at Malaysian IndustryGovernment Group for High Technology (MIGHT) and served Sapura Defence Sdn. Bhd. and Airod-Alenia Technology Sdn. Bhd. in various technical positions
