Professional Experience
Sosuke started his career with Deloitte audit practice in 2001. He then joined DTFA in 2008 and has served for various cross-border transactions both in-bound and out-bound across variety of industry and sectors including manufacturing, constructions and energies. He has provided wide range of M&A related services including, but not limited to, financial due diligence, post-merger integration, and business reorganization advisory.
From 2021 he has led ESG Advisory group and has contributed creating and developing services valuable for social agenda around ESG or Sustainability by leveraging the strength from his experiences at financial advisory services.
In April 2023, Sosuke has assumed the position of the executive member of Deloitte Tohmatsu Space & Security LLC, the company which focuses on defense, national security, and space area of business.
