Jon Lilja is Sr. Manager for Supply Chain Asia Business Development. Based in Japan, he leads a team in Asia responsible for supplier development supporting and aligned to enterprise strategy. Lilja has been in aerospace supply chain for 18 years, including positions based in Japan, France and Singapore. He has experience working with culturally diverse supplier networks and products including structures, interiors, systems and raw materials. In addition, he has managed multi-functional international teams in Japan, Korea, China and SE Asia. Prior positions included managing SE Asia supply chain operations as well as procurement and contracting roles at Boeing. Lilja earned a Masters of Business Administration from Nagoya University of Commerce and Business and Bachelor degrees in both Economics and Urban Studies from Seattle Pacific University.
