Mica IMAMURA CEO Armatus Mica is the CEO of Armatus, a consulting firm assisting US defense related companies in Japan, and the Japan Country Director for Pacific Impact Zone, a Hawaii based NGO, connecting US Forces Japan to the Japanese Industrial Base. Mica graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1987 with a BS in Applied Science and Engineering. He is a dual certified Rotary Wing and Fixed Wing Aviator, serving as an OV-1 pilot and multiple leadership roles in the 2nd Military Intelligence Battalion (Aerial Exploitation) in Echterdingen, West Germany. He was a Flight Leader during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, and flew multiple combat missions in Saudi Arabia and Iraq performing surveillance and BDA missions in support of VII Corps. He is certified as a nuclear, biological, and chemical (NBC) officer, and attended the NATO Electronic Warfare School in Oberammergau, Germany. During his civilian career, Mica has worked as an international executive J-Phone, Vodafone KK, AZTEQ Mobile, T3Media, Rightsmith Inc, and Meaningly, Inc. Mica is the founding President of the West Point Society of Japan.
